The Mission
“Meta” is the Greek prefix for “beyond.” The name of my enterprise, MetaLearning, encapsulates my philosophy on teaching and learning. Emulating tutors of ancient times, I guide my students to fulfil their potential. To do so, I must teach more than a collection of facts, I instill values that shape one’s character and cultivate a person’s hunger to go “beyond.”
How often do you hear young learners bemoan about relevance of what they are learning? Schools and tutoring services teach along a strict regimen, so pupils do not gain depth and breadth of understanding. My mission is to correct the ills of the educational system, and little by little, make education aspirational—that is teaching students about life.
